We have provided gourmet spit roasts for weddings, parties and all types of events in and around Canterbury for thousands of satisfied customers. Our BBQs and spitroast meals are the best available - as with all our catering we use only premium meats and seafoods and the freshest produce available.
Our skilled kitchen team produces all our gourmet salads fresh for your event. We can cater for almost any number of guests from 10 to 10,000 - no problem. Our buffet supper menus have been developed to suit a variety of functions and events, including 21st birthdays, reunions, and work functions, and we have even had groups using them for morning teas and luncheons!
For our Do-It-Yourself (DIY) service, we prepare and cook all the foods on your selected menu specifically for your event, then package them onto disposable platters and trays and into insulated boxes, ready to dispatch to you.
