All starter platters are presented on our rimu trays and are available 1 hour prior to your main (other times by arrangement). DIY platters are presented on our custom made cardboard trays. Ask about having your food presented on our white platters and/or served as a table buffet.

The chilled items are packed cold on our custom made cardboard trays ready to serve or to transfer to your own platters. The items that require heating are packed on to a combination of oven ready foil trays, our cardboard trays and sealed bags for the casseroles etc. If you would prefer the supper to be heated inquire about our heating options.

For our DIY Spitroasts we prepare and cook all the hot foods at our premises. We then package these in foil trays and into insulated boxes. All cold foods are packed into presentable disposable bowls and platters and packed into a returnable insulated box with the appropriate condiments and our napkins.

We always provide enough food with our catered menus. These options are great for your day-after party, casual get together, or just a great way of keeping your workload down at your next dinner party.

DIY $240 (approx 10kg ham)
- Glazed with our orange and star anise glaze
- Package hot - ready for you to carve and serve
- Will feed 30-80 people
Ask about our bread roll and pickle range to serve with your hot ham.

DIY $450 (approx 25-30kg lamb)
- Cooked on the spit at your place
- We provide the spit (and gas), the lamb, deliver it all and set it up
- You cook, You carve, you Serve
- Will feed 20-50 people
- We pick up the spit the next day, take it away and clean it
